Smarthotel Oslo
Smarthotel Oslo is a budget hotel just a short walk away from the conference hotel. They specialize in compact, high-quality accommodations at low prices. We have not reserved any rooms with Smarthotel Oslo, so prices are likely to increase the closer it gets to the weekend of the conference.

Conference Venue
We look forward to returning to the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel for JK 2024. This well-known “SAS hotel”, in the middle of Oslo, allows us to offer a conference with both meetings and fellowship, dining and accommodation under the same roof! The hotel is located at Holbergs plass (Holbergs gate 30, 0166 Oslo).
Scandinavia Ballroom
Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel is a beautiful, newly renovated hotel with a large conference hall, the Scandinavia Ballroom, where we look forward to some amazing meetings, both Friday evening and throughout Saturday.
If you travel by train (including the airport express train) or the subway to Nationalteateret station, it’s just a pleasant walk from the station through the Palace Park to Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel. If you arrive by plane to Oslo Airport Gardermoen and would like a ride all the way to the hotel, the airport bus (Flybussen) stops at Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel. Guests showing their hotel confirmation to the bus driver can get a 25% discount on the bus fare. (Timewise, the airport express train is the fastest way to travel.)
DINNER
It will be possible to have dinner at the conference hotel on Saturday during JK 2024. We are happy that, through this meal, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better. The dinner will be served in Holberg’s restaurant at the conference hotel, and there will be some program during the meal. The dinner has hotel standards and consists of a main course and dessert. There is room for a limited number of 80 dinner guests. You can order your dinner when registering for the conference.
